Dog portrait artist Samantha Curtis exhibits paintings, photographs, and drawings. Ms. Curtis holds a B.A. in Photography
and an M.F.A. in Painting from Pratt Institute. Her work has been shown in galleries and museums and is offered for purchase
as giclee prints on archival paper. The paintings and photographs are also available as blank note cards. Curtis' work about
shelter dogs is an ongoing series to draw attention to the need for adoption. The series entitled "Dog Park" is a continuing
study, both photographic and as paintings which capture the communication and personalities of dogs at play. The dog
portraits can be viewed at Facebook, Artslant, the Drawing Center NYC, Artists Space, Blue Door Artists Association,
Westchester Council of the Arts, and the National Museum of Women Artists, Washington, DC.
